This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and client relationship skills. Responsibilities Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the firm, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Manage and mentor a team of accountants, bookkeepers, and administrative staff. Develop and implement strategies for business growth and client retention. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards. Client Services: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing expert advice and solutions. Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, financial statements, and audit reports. Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Monitor the financial performance of the firm, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
