As a German-speaking Outbound Business Development Representative, you'll be on the front line of the sales cycle, identifying new opportunities, sparking conversations with leading brands, and driving the growth of a world-class marketing technology platform.
How You'll Make a Difference Identify and engage high-potential companies that can benefit from our platform.
Collaborate with experienced SMB Account Executives to create and execute prospecting strategies that generate quality opportunities.
Develop, test, and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas.
Contribute insights, learnings, and best practices to strengthen the Outbound process.
Uphold our core values of accountability, effort, and collaboration in everything you do.
Who You Are You're fluent in German and English You have at least 9 months of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (BDR/SDR, sales intern, or similar) You're energetic, curious, and love hitting goals You thrive in fast-moving environments and love learning new things What on Offer OTE: €67, (€43, base + bonus and benefits).
