Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ITernance Program Manager to lead and execute ITernance initiatives within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in IT project management, particularly in the realm of technology projects,ernance, policies, and organizational change management.
The role involves leading ITernance projects and initiatives to implementernance best practices and spans our global IT organisation. It provides a great opportunity to demonstrate innovation, creativity, and implement best-in-class solutions. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of ITernance.
Job Duties in Brief:
1. Lead and manage ITernancemittees, defining their agendas, goals, and operational frameworks.
2. Collaborate with senior leadership to driveernance initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain ITernance policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and enforcement mechanisms.
4. Oversee the development and implementation ofernance processes for various IT domains, including but not limited to:
5. Project management, Software development and testing
6. Cost Management and Budgeting
7. Artificial Intelligence
8. Technology introductions and innovations
9. Applications and Technologies inventory management
10. Facilitate cross-functionalmunication and collaboration to ensure successful implementation ofernance initiatives.
11. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates onernance project progress.
12. Identify and mitigate risks associated with ITernance initiatives.
13. Develop and maintain documentation for allernance processes and policies.
14. Measure and report on the effectiveness of implementedernance frameworks.
15. Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in ITernance.
Qualifications
About You:
16. Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
17. A minimum of 12 years of experience in the Information Technology sector, including at least 5 years in a Project Management role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT transformation projects, with particular emphasis onernance and policy implementation.
18. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing IT Projects or ITernance initiatives in large organizations.
19. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and emerging technologies.
20. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
21. Superiormunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and senior management.
22. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
23. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
24. In-depth knowledge ofernance and frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, etc. a distinct advantage.
25. Modest experience with Jira and Project Management tools
26. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
27. Excellent management skills and ability to work with individuals from various backgrounds and locations
