€60,000 - €75,000 DOE

This is a senior
BIM Manager
role with full responsibility for leading and developing all BIM and Digital Construction activities across the organisation. The successful candidate will champion BIM implementation, manage BIM-related technologies and software, and act as a key internal and external point of contact for all BIM matters. You will work closely with commercial, design, and project teams to ensure BIM requirements are met, models are coordinated accurately, clashes are resolved early, and projects are delivered efficiently from a digital perspective.
The role also involves managing internal and external BIM resources, overseeing training and upskilling programmes, maintaining BIM standards, templates, and model hygiene, and continuously improving digital workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, motivated BIM professional to take ownership of digital construction strategy and play a pivotal role in supporting increasingly complex projects as the business grows.
