Working closely with our sales and operations teams, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners reduce their energy bills and environmental impact.Key Accountabilities:Convert qualified leads into sales through consultative, solution-based sellingSupport and manage customers through the sales journey from initial inquiry to final decisionWork closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutionsMeet and exceed individual and team sales targetsMaintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular feedback and insights to managementContinuously develop product knowledge across the renewable energy industry and other energy efficiency technologiesHere's what we're looking for:A motivated self-starter with a "go-getter" attitudeStrong interest in sustainability and the renewable energy sectorA confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quicklyComfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative teamOrganised and capable of managing a busy sales pipelineRequirements:Minimum of 1 year's proven sales experienceExperience in technical or construction-related sales is a strong advantageKnowledge of the Irish energy market is beneficial but not essentialStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in the use of digital tools and CRM systemsWhy should you apply?We're not a perfect place – but we're a people place.
