Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Beverage Manager to join our management team. You will work closely with the Beverage Manager, alongside all other management team to ensure the smooth operation of the Beverage Department, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business performance.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Beverage Department, ensuring high service standards.
* Lead and motivate the team to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Oversee Beverage performance, including revenue management, cost control, and profitability.
* Support and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* We are looking for an individual with a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a Supervisory or Managerial role within Beverage Operations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* A guest-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
