Skill-1: Business Analyst (Payments, Fraud & SCA)
As a Business Analyst and Consultant, within the Banking Consulting Group, the person will be responsible to engage with clients across the stages of the Project Lifecycle – Requirements gathering, Mapping processes, Solution architecture & Design through to development, UAT and deployment. This person should be a subject matter expert in Payments, fraud & SCA domain with 6 - 10 years of experience, having worked on large regulatory projects. This person will work closely with Client Business/IT team & internal development.
Role Responsibilities
Interacting with business owners, product teams, product vendors, other applications owners, external customers and internal customers to identify requirements and deliver those within stipulated timelines.
Lead deep technical analysis of PSR fraud and SCA obligations, translating regulatory requirements into detailed functional, non functional and control specifications across authentication, fraud detection, refunds and exemptions, leading to clear, regulator defensible technical requirements aligned to regulatory intent.
Own technical solution design support, working with architecture, security, fraud and payments teams to define system behaviors, integrations, data flows and edge cases (e.g. real time payments, risk based SCA) so to enable technically sound, build ready designs with reduced delivery and compliance risk.
Support build, testing and BAU readiness, ensuring technical requirements are traceable to controls, scenarios, MI and operational tooling. So that, implemented solutions operate effectively in BAU with evidence suitable for audit and RCSA.
Provide content leadership in working with the clients in defining solutions to their business requirements.
Interacting with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation etc.
Work with the delivery / implementation teams to provide domain inputs and to ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solution.
Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood.
Review test strategy & test specifications, assist in functional testing and provide UAT/BAT support
8+ years of Industry experience, having worked in Tier-1 IT organizations in BFSI domain with a focus on Payments Domain experience in Low Value Payments, High Value Payments, Cross Border Payments and key regulations & associated IT impacts, affecting the Payments market, such as Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), Faster Payments, Payment Services Directive etc.
Should be able to play catalyst role between business and IT
8+ years of Payments experience
Expertise in Fraud and SCA
Experience of Business Analysis of Payments solutions
Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers
Skill-2: Business Analyst (Open banking, SCA, API gateway and Data)
As a Technical Business Analyst and Consultant, within the Banking Consulting Group, the person will be responsible to engage with clients across the stages of the Project Lifecycle – Requirements gathering, Mapping processes, Solution architecture & Design through to development, UAT and deployment. This person should be a subject matter expert in Open Banking and API with 6 - 10 years of experience, having worked on large regulatory projects. This person will work closely with Client Business/IT team & internal development.
Role Responsibilities
Interacting with business owners, product teams, product vendors, other applications owners, external customers and internal customers to identify requirements and deliver those within stipulated timelines.
Own detailed technical analysis of Open Banking, API Gateway, consent and FIDA data obligations, translating approved business and regulatory requirements into functional, non functional and data specifications with clear, build ready technical requirements aligned to PSR and FIDA regulatory intent.
Define and support end to end technical solution design, working with architecture, security, data, and platform teams to specify APIs, integrations, consent flows, data models, and control mechanisms to enable coherent, scalable and regulator defensible designs with reduced delivery risk.
Support build, testing and BAU transition, ensuring traceability from requirements to technical controls, MI, logging and evidence needed for audit and RCSA so to enable operational, audit ready Open Banking and Open Finance data capabilities embedded in BAU.
