The successful individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including negotiation of renewals, re-broking, and finalising insurance cover. They will also be expected to maintain good relationships with colleagues, both internally and externally, as well as with personnel within insurance companies.
In addition, the successful candidate will participate in campaigns and sales initiatives aimed at attracting new clients, ensuring that our compliance procedures are maintained, and leveraging their industry expertise to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 10 - 15 years of experience in the insurance industry
* Degree in Business or related field
* Industry-related qualifications essential (APA or CIP)
