A leading organization seeks an experienced Operations Leader to oversee and optimize daily operations of finance and human resources functions. Based in Dublin, this role involves hands-on operational management, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop finance and HR teams, providing clear direction, setting goals, and monitoring performance.
* Oversee daily operations across finance and HR, including financial planning, budgeting, compensation, benefits, compliance, and process improvements.
* Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 5 years' operational and line management experience in finance, HR, or business operations.
* Proven experience managing remote and hybrid teams, with a focus on deliverables, productivity, and operational performance.
* Strong track record in operational process delivery, people management, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA or equivalent business qualification.
