Work in the stunning setting of Mount Congreve House & Gardens in Kilmeaden Co.Waterford. The Stables Café in Mount Congreve is a busy environment now under new management. We're expanding our team to enhance customer experience.
FRONT OF HOUSE / CAFÉ STAFF - JOB OVERVIEW
As a Front of House Server, you will:
* Greet and welcome customers in a warm, professional manner.
* Take customer orders and provide menu guidance where needed.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the café's front-of-house areas.
* Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and barista team to ensure smooth service.
* Support with setting up, clearing tables, and restocking as required.
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
FRONT OF HOUSE / CAFÉ STAFF - KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in a hospitality or café environment desirable but not essential (full training will be provided).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in customer care.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays on a rota basis.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland in accordance with employment legislation.
* Own Transport Essential as Mount Congreve is not on public transport routes
