Grant Thornton, a leading global network of independent assurance, tax, and advisory firms, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with team lead experience to join their Audit and Assurance department's Data Analytics Team. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring 7+ years of full-stack experience and 3 years of team leadership. The position involves developing innovative data-driven tools to enhance audit quality and client insights.

The role demands expertise in both frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS) and backend systems (Python, Django, PostgreSQL). You'll be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing project deliverables, and driving technical innovation while working with modern cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction of projects while mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of an expanding team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with leadership experience, capable of managing both local and offshore teams. Requirements For Full Stack Developer

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
* 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience
* 3 years of team lead or managerial experience
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and React
* Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Chakra UI
* Proficiency in Python and Django
* Strong database management skills with Azure SQL and PostgreSQL
* Experience with Microsoft Azure Portal and cloud services
* Strong leadership and communication skills
