Your new company Join a prestigious Northern Irish contractor, based in Co. Down, renowned for delivering iconic, high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK and Ireland.

Driven by professionalism, passion, and innovation, they're seeking a dynamic HSE Advisor to take the lead across the company.
Your new role As the HSE Advisor, you'll be the cornerstone of safety across the business, overseeing diverse refurbishment, fit-out, and maintenance projects, as well as the company's Co. Down workshop.
Your expertise will shape a culture of safety excellence, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include: Championing the HSEQ and IMS systems, aligning with ISO, and 9001 standards.
Conducting risk assessments, method statements, site audits, inspections, and drafting construction phase plans.
Leading innovative health and safety initiatives, supported by a consultant and senior leadership.
Splitting your time between the Co. Down head office and vibrant project sites, primarily in Belfast.
What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will have a track record in construction, preferably in refurbishment or fit-out, however, the company are open to those from other sectors.
You will require: Experience in a similar HSE role, with knowledge of SHEQ standards and ISO implementation ).
Strong skills in audits, risk management, and driving safety initiatives.
A NEBOSH qualification or relevant BSc degree (preferred).
Ambition to lead, whether you're an experienced manager or an advisor ready to step up.
