We are looking for a Maintenance Team Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Oversee planned preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Conduct inspections and address potential system failures proactively.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts procurement.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and collaborate with other departments.
What We're Looking For: Engineering or Manufacturing qualification/trade (electrician or fitter) certificate.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and control systems expertise.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
IT proficiency.
