Director of International Operations & Business Development
A full-time permanent position for a Senior Accountant in Practice is available in Killarney, County Kerry. We are looking to recruit a qualified CPA/ACA/ACCA accountant with 3 years + Practice experience. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and their accounts. You will work closely with company Partners, the Tax Manager, and Administration Departments to deliver a client-centered service to a well-established practice. This is a permanent position with a hybrid working week option if required.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts for a diverse client portfolio.
* Provide strategic financial advice to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance.
* Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and liaise with tax authorities as necessary.
* Utilize accounting software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Mentor and supervise junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
* Stay informed on changes in accounting standards, tax legislation, and industry best practices.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
* Third level Degree
* CPA/ACCA/ACA Accounting Qualification.
* The suitable candidate will need to have experience in a practice environment.
The salary and benefits for this position will be determined according to the experience of the successful candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position.
