We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Microsoft 365 suite, specifically with MS bookings and MS forms.
This is an initial 6-month daily rate contract, working remotely.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support for various Office 365 issues, including connectivity and mobility.
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
* Collaborating with the architect team to shape end-to-end solutions and solution architectures for MS 365.
* Assisting with Microsoft configuration and support.
* Contributing to technical testing for interfaces as part of client projects.
