This position is primarily focused on B2C marketing, supporting consumer-facing campaigns, new development launches, and brand storytelling, while also managing external communications such as press releases and media liaison.Why You'll Love This Role:Competitive salaryCentral location with parking availableExcellent Benefits : Permanent Health Insurance (Income Protection), Life Assurance, Health Insurance, Contributory Pension Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, TaxSaver & Bike to Work.Variety & Creativity: Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, print, PR, events, and on-site activations - no two days are the same.Learn & Grow: Report directly to the Creative Design Director and collaborate with a senior team, gaining exposure to strategy, brand storytelling, and the full marketing lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Support the Creative Design Director with brand and marketing activities, campaign planning, PR coordination, and development launch preparation .Create engaging, story-led content for brochures, social media, websites, press releases, digital campaigns and promotional materials.Attend brand/editorial meetings and activate brand stories across the wider business.Coordinate with internal teams, estate agents, and external agencies to ensure consistent and timely execution of marketing initiatives.Assist in planning and delivering marketing suite/show home launches and associated events.Develop campaign project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure efficient delivery.Manage administrative marketing duties, including purchase orders, campaign schedules and tracking documents.Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify opportunities.Liaise with media partners and support the preparation of press releases and other external communications.Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations.Contribute to multichannel campaigns across digital advertising, email marketing, social media and on-site brand activations.Provide cross-departmental support to ensure brand consistency and accurate use of tone and design assets.About You:Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role within the property, real estate, new homes, or high-value consumer sector .Strong storytelling ability with excellent writing, editing and content creation skills.Strong understanding of consumer marketing and external communications.Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Proactive, collaborative and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.If you're a passionate marketer with experience in property and consumer-focused campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.
