About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to lead our housekeeping team. This role is about more than maintaining high standards - it's about raising them. You will develop the department through training, improved systems, and continuous improvement to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team.
* Maintain cleanliness of rooms, public areas, and laundry to high standards.
* Inspect all areas regularly for quality and presentation.
* Manage linen and cleaning supply inventory.
* Lead deep cleaning projects and seasonal work.
* Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
