You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, setting the tone for every interaction, while also ensuring that internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.The ideal candidate will be someone proactive, organised, and confident—someone who can juggle competing priorities, anticipate needs, and maintain high standards at all times. The right candidate will make a visible impact on the team and operations from day one.Key Responsibilities:Act as the professional face of the team, managing all front-of-house interactions and phone enquiries with confidence and courtesy.Maintain accurate records, manage databases, and oversee essential administrative processes to support the team's efficiency.Take ownership of office organisation, including post distribution, supplies management, and coordination of team projects.Prioritise multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.Proactively identify ways to improve processes, streamline workflows, and support colleagues.Uphold a polished, professional presence at all times, reflecting the standards of a high-performing team.Requirements:Proven track record in administration, reception, or a comparable role requiring professionalism, organisation, and reliability.Exceptional time management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.Confident, approachable, and polished, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Proactive and adaptable, able to anticipate needs and respond effectively to changing demands.Competent in Microsoft Office, email systems, and database management.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act independently while contributing to team success.Why This Role:This is a rare opportunity for a driven, high-performing individual to step into a role that blends customer service with meaningful administrative responsibility.
