Due to continued growth, we are hiring for Solar PV Roofer to join our Solar PV Team.
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Roofer to join our team for a variety of roofing for Solar Pv Installations, including residential, agricultural, and commercial work. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience with different roofing materials. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse job sites and be part of a professional, growing team.
Responsibilities
* Installation of Solar PV Panels on rooftops.
* Erecting and disassembling aluminum scaffolding towers.
* Carry out work on domestic, commercial, and farming projects.
* Complete works in the allocated time, ensuring a high standard of work at all times.
* Ability to work at heights.
* Comply and follow all health & safety procedures
* Compile, record, and submit all required documentation required for our project coordination and grants department.
Requirements
* Experience installing solar PV systems on various roof types
* Roofing/Carpentry qualification
* At least 5 years roofing experience on a variety of different roof types
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments for extended periods
* Good physical condition and stamina
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal staff and customers where required
* Must have the ability to lay out / measure & follow procedure
* Must be driven, ambitious and self-motivated
* Must have a passion for what you do and have pride in your work
The successful candidate will be provided with a company van and a diesel card. Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience.
