We are seeking a Senior Client Account Handler (Professional Indemnity) to join our team. The successful candidate can be based at any of our Irish offices. This is a full-time, permanent role.

How you'll make an impact
* Manage client/prospect relationships and grow your portfolio, providing professional insurance advice and risk management solutions.
* Negotiate with insurers for optimal coverage and terms that meet client requirements.
* Handle your workload to service client relationships and complete placements timely.
* Keep client information up to date.
* Build strong relationships and collaborate with Gallagher teams, treating others fairly and respectfully.
* Manage renewals within required timelines, obtaining renewal information and preparing submissions.
* Issue renewal terms and policy documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Disclose issues in line with legislative requirements and adhere to relevant codes (CPC, AML/TF, F&P).
* Deliver high-quality client service to maximize retention.
* Advise clients on policy wordings, conditions, and exclusions.
About you
* Experience as an Account Handler/Advisor in a brokerage/insurance environment.
* Minimum requirement: Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP), working towards MDI qualification.
* Extensive knowledge of Professional Indemnity, Cyber, and Management Liability products.
* Strong understanding of the client market and insurance industry network.
