Qualifications
4+ years of experience designing for Saa S, B2 B, fintech, insurance, or startup products.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and responsive design workflows.
Strong traditional UI/UX foundations combined with experience using AI-enhanced design workflows to create scalable, user-centered interfaces.
Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-powered tools such as Lovable.dev, v0, and Cursor AI.
Solid Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to ensure smooth design-to-code handoff.
Responsibilities
User Experience (UX):
Develop personas, user journeys, site maps, and wireframes grounded in data-driven reasoning.
Create pixel-perfect, responsive UI designs and scalable design systems in Figma.
Ensure visual consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and proper brand alignment across all products.
Use design tokens, components, and variants to support a modular, scalable UI architecture.
AI-Augmented Design:
Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, layout exploration, and design iteration.
Use platforms such as Lovable.dev, v0, and Cursor AI to prototype and iterate quickly with real-time feedback, code previews, and lightweight editing.
Support design-to-code workflows using AI-enhanced automation for faster implementation and testing.
Partner with product managers and engineers to align designs with user needs and business objectives.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of UI designs.
Maintain clear documentation through Figma libraries and AI-supported design workflows.
Participate actively in agile cycles, contributing design input and iteration throughout discovery, development, and release stages.
