Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
2. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
3. Track and Trace Transcon files and reporting
4. Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
5. Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable
6. Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customer service standards
7. Contribute and maintain good relationships with suppliers
8. Meet compliance at all times
9. Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests
10. Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policy
11. Understand customer procedures and maintain updated internal DLSOPs
12. 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
13. Understanding of ocean documentation process a plus
14. Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
15. Pro-active, strong organizational skills
16. Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
17. Hazardous Materials certification (preferred)
18. Fluent in English
