Responsibilities & Competencies Demonstrate the NQSW or equivalent and be registered with the Social Workers Registration Board of CORU as a Social Worker. Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of depth and breadth of experience in the area of mental health with preferable experience in adult mental health. Ensure high standards in the delivery of a high quality social work service for adults and their families in accordance with the Service philosophy. Organise and plan services. Show excellent skills in supervision, leadership and effective therapeutic intervention. Demonstrate initiative and innovation in identifying areas for service improvement. Display effective interpersonal and communication skills, including multidisciplinary working and collaboration with colleagues, service users and families.
