About The Opportunity
This is a high-profile, client-facing role within our forward-thinking Analytics, Intelligence & Insights team. You’ll work across multiple sectors and projects, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to co-create solutions that deliver measurable impact. You’ll be responsible for running business analysis activities, defining scope and requirements, and supporting transformation initiatives from end to end. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our Business Analysis practice—setting standards, building networks, and driving continuous improvement.
Whether you're based in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Bristol, Reading, or Birmingham, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values curiosity, creativity, and empathy.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a senior Business Analyst across multiple projects and domains
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital tools (e.g. Power Platform, Azure, Salesforce)
Experience in product/solution development and release cycles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a relationship-centric approach
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure
Experience with Azure DevOps and other product development tools
Nice to Have
Understanding of asset and construction management challenges
Experience with AI integration and product release management
Exposure to cross-sector projects and transformation programmes
Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integration principles
Experience in business process modelling and optimisation
Strong stakeholder engagement in complex environments
