Lead Manufacturing Operations
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plant. Your primary goal is to ensure reliability and consistency in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance as well as smooth execution of production lines.
In this key role:
* You will contribute to developing a business plan for your respective business unit.
* Be involved in discussions with other disciplines regarding future developments and their implications on the business unit.
* Develop a strategic midterm plan for manufacturing units based on agreed-upon strategic plans.
Responsibilities also include site leadership, management, overall direction of the plant. As an experienced leader, you are expected to manage your team effectively ensuring performance development career growth while executing on established goals objectives.
