A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Project Manager
to join a dynamic PMO team in Dundalk. This is a pivotal role supporting excellence in project delivery across cross-functional teams. If you're passionate about leading impactful projects in a biopharma environment, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute multi-discipline Tech Transfer projects (Drug Substance / Drug Product).
* Develop and manage project controls including execution plans, schedules, risks, and budgets.
* Drive projects from initiation to regulatory submission, collaborating with Tech Services, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams.
* Manage site portfolio projects including process improvements, new system delivery, and NPI (New Product Introduction).
* Apply appropriate project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) to deliver rapid improvements.
* Track KPIs and report project status to stakeholders.
* Ensure project scope is clearly defined and aligned with business needs.
* Champion project management best practices and cross-functional collaboration.
* Escalate risks and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* 6+ years of industry experience, with 4+ years in project management.
* Proven leadership in technical or operational teams within biopharma manufacturing.
* Experience in product transfer across networks.
* Knowledge of Bulk Drug Substance manufacturing, Aseptic Fill Finish, and Ops readiness.
* Strong communication and presentation skills across stakeholder levels.
* Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
* Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Science, or related field.
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience in Vaccines, Biologics, or Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* PMP or equivalent project management certification.
* Green Belt or experience in MPS/Operational Excellence.
