Are you a driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for HR? We are seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to join our dynamic team!

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide support, guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on HR matters, ensuring fairness and consistency in all interactions. They will work closely with the HR Manager to implement best practices and drive organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide HR support to internal stakeholders
* Implement HR programmes and initiatives
* Work collaboratively with the HR Manager to achieve organisational objectives

Requirements:

* Degree in HR, Business Studies, Commerce or related field
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
* In-depth knowledge of Human Resources legislation/employment law
* Strong recruitment experience

Working Conditions:

* Permanent, full-time contract (37 hours per week)
* Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home

This role requires a proactive and solutions-focused approach, excellent IT and project management skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
