Your new company requires you to join their team on a 12-month basis with a view to extension.
Your new role As Insurance Operations Supervisor, your duties will include, but are not limited to, supervising daily operations (claims, member queries, provider requests); leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team; monitoring productivity, quality, and service levels; managing attendance, scheduling, and staff performance; handling escalated customer and provider issues; ensuring compliance with healthcare and data protection regulations; identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and all administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role with people management and administrative duties, ideally in a medical insurance or healthcare administration environment.
A strong understanding of claims or customer service operations is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders.
Strong IT skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite is required.
You will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
