Job Description
We're opening our first nightclub and are looking for an Assistant Nightclub Manager to support the Nightlife General Manager in delivering unforgettable nights in Dublin.You'll be a charismatic, hands-on leader who thrives in high-energy environments. From leading shifts on the floor to supporting the commercial performance of the business, you'll help create a seamless guest experience while building a confident, motivated team.What you'll do…Lead shifts and be a visible, engaged host on club nights - ensuring a high-energy, on-brand guest experience.Support recruitment, onboarding and training, setting the tone for service, standards and team culture.Drive smooth floor operations, managing service flow, staffing levels and guest feedback with confidence.Support revenue targets, labour control and bar performance, with a strong understanding of stock, wastage and nightly reporting.Work closely with the Nightlife Manager and Programmer to ensure seamless event execution, including artist hospitality and logistics.Collaborate with our Security, Front of House, F&B and Brand teams to keep operations running smoothly.Uphold licensing, health & safety and security standards at all times.
Qualifications
What we're looking for…At least 2 years' management or supervisory experience within nightlife.Strong knowledge of the local music and club scene.Confident floor leader with excellent guest engagement skills.Commercially aware with understanding of P&L basics.Experience managing busy late-night bar operations.Comfortable working late nights and weekends.An understanding of sound/AV systems is a bonus.And most importantly… You're someone who:Cares about creating brilliant nights for guests.Leads with energy and positivity.Leaves their ego at the door and gets stuck in.Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.Wants to build something exciting in Dublin's nightlife scene.
