About the Role In this varied and rewarding position, youll play a key role in supporting employees throughout every stage of their journey. What Youll Be Doing Supporting monthly payroll activities as part of a global HR project team. Managing a high volume of employee queries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Acting as a trusted HR point of contact, providing advice on HR policies and procedures. Maintaining and improving HR templates, documentation, and processes. Accurately processing transactions in the HR system (Workday). Supporting benefit administration, including healthcare, pension, and cycle-to-work schemes. Managing leave of absence requests, including system updates and employee communication. Preparing employment-related documents such as salary letters, visa support, and employment verification. Assisting with ongoing HR initiatives and projects aligned to business priorities. What Were Looking For Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related area. CIPD certification (or working towards it) is an advantage. Minimum of 2 years HR experience ideally in payroll, absence management, employee relations, or immigration support. Confident managing multiple stakeholders and providing excellent service. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable prioritising and working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Workday, MS Office, and Excel. Great communicator who enjoys collaborating across different locations and teams. Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
