What You'll Be Doing
* Source and engage
top talent using CRM, LinkedIn, AI-powered search tools, and LSC's marketing platforms.
* Screen
candidates for suitability and manage the
recruitment lifecycle
* Build and maintain
strategic talent pipelines
across pharma, biotech, and med device roles.
* Collaborate
with account managers to meet client needs and submission timelines
* Ensure vacancies are accurately advertised and actively managed
* Support marketing efforts to grow candidate networks across platforms
* Deliver recruitment solutions that align with both client goals and candidate aspirations
* Build long-term relationships
with candidates, consultants, and clients
* Based in on our office in Kinsale, Co. Cork.

* Relationship-Driven:

Comfortable using AI tools, ATS/CRM systems, and sourcing platforms.

What You Bring
* 3rd level qualification in Business, Science, Engineering, or Psychology
* 1+ years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Recruitment
* Strong interest in the Life Sciences industry
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive, and collaborative mindset
* Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, etc.)
