About the Role
* You will contribute to the safe operation of multiple modern power generation units.
* You'll be involved in daily operational duties, plant monitoring, testing, troubleshooting and supporting outage maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
* Perform routine monitoring, testing, analysis and reporting of plant conditions.
* Support shift operations, maintaining accurate records and providing updates to the Shift Team Leader/Operations Manager.
* Assist with frontline maintenance, troubleshooting and outage-related works.
* Contribute to improving operational procedures, systems and processes.
Requirements
* 2+ years experience in process, operations, utilities or similar technical environments.
* Strong ability to analyse and respond to plant operating conditions.
* Flexibility to provide shift cover when required.
