Then the position of Business Development Executive – or as we call it at MD7: Site Acquisition Consultant – could be just right for you!


Overview

As a Site Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be responsible for finding and securing optimal rental locations for mobile antenna sites across Germany on behalf of our clients. With your negotiation skills, you’ll build partnerships with landlords, conduct site visits, and ensure that lease agreements are successfully completed.


Responsibilities

* Lead generation: Search for suitable antenna locations and identify potential landlords
* New Acquisition: Reach out to potential landlords and manage the process from initial contact to contract signing
* Negotiations: Negotiate and sign lease agreements
* Data Management: Maintain up-to-date information in our custom software, LiveTrack
* Site visits: Visit potential or acquired sites when necessary


Qualifications

* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German (at least level C1)
* Basic English language skills
* Ability to communicate in a solution-oriented manner
* Exceptional attention to detail and efficient time management skills
* High self-motivation and ability to work independently
* Strong negotiation skills are an advantage
