Level 2 Support Enginer
Contract | €200/day+ | Dublin | Onsite
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Contractor to join our client's team based in Dublin. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our client's employees, ensuring that their systems are maintained and their IT infrastructure runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
2. Install and configure software and hardware, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals
3. Maintain and manage user accounts, email accounts, and security groups
Requirements:
4. 4+ years of experience in an IT support role
5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
6. Previous experience building/Imaging devices
7. Experience with Citrix, Active Directory, SCCM
8. Relevant IT certifications preferred
