About the role: Flogas Ireland has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet & Logistics Performance Administrator to join our Bulk Logistics Team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a critical role within the transport function, supporting fleet maintenance coordination and performance management. The successful candidate will be based at our Marsh Road Marine Terminal in Drogheda, Co. Louth. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support fleet maintenance activities through structured use of asset management systems Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance to minimise vehicle downtime Produce and maintain driver and fleet performance KPI reports (fuel efficiency, compliance, utilisation, etc.) Analyse data trends and highlight areas for improvement across fleet operations Work closely with Distribution, Technical Services, and Transport teams to ensure alignment Support the management of driver performance through reporting and data insights Maintain accurate records across relevant logistics and maintenance systems Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes Provide general administrative and operational support to the logistics function Additional duties as required Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in logistics, transport, and fleet operations, with a particular focus on data, reporting, and maintenance coordination. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced operational environment. You will demonstrate: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Ability to manage and interpret multiple data sources to produce meaningful insights Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams A proactive and structured approach to workload management High attention to detail and accuracy Experience with IBM Maximo or similar asset management systems would be a distinct advantage, though not essential A passion for logistics and transport, along with a willingness to learn and develop within the role A qualification in supply chain, logistics, or a related discipline would be beneficial About Flogas: Part of the DCC Group, Flogas Ireland was established in 1978 supplying Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) throughout the island and to this day remains one of the leading suppliers in Ireland, servicing a diverse range of market sectors, including commercial, agricultural, and domestic.
