Naas Tyres is a well-established and trusted local business on Monread Road, Naas. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter / Fast Fit Technician to join our professional and friendly team. Role Responsibilities
* Tyre fitting, balancing, and puncture repairs
* Fast-fit mechanical work including:
* Brake servicing and replacement
* Suspension repairs and component replacement
* Completing accurate 4 wheel alignments
* Vehicle safety inspections and checks
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and workshop cleanliness
* Contributing positively to team efficiency and overall company results
* Providing, serious, professional and reliable customer service
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in full time tyre fitting or fast-fit role
* Strong experience with brakes, suspension, 4 wheel alignment system (Hunter)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of attention to detail and productivity with can do attitude.
* Full driving license preferred
Salary & Bonuses
* Pay scale benchmarked against competitor roles advertised across print media, social media, Indeed, and, all within a 40 km radius of Naas
* Basic Salary dependent on experience and results
* Bonus will be % of basic salary, dependent on experience and results
