Key Responsibilities include:
* Day-to-day operations oversight
* Process improvements development and implementation
* Experience in delivering contracts within multiple sectors
* Senior operational management experience managing multi-service lines, multiple sites, and people
* Collaboration with executive-level management in performance goals and long-term operational plans
* Strategic goal setting for operational efficiency and increased productivity
* Relationship building and maintenance with department heads, external partners, and vendors
The ideal candidate will have a relevant business degree, experience to similar level or equivalent, and proven experience in senior leadership roles in an appropriate field.
