PE Global Healthcare is recruiting for Professionally Qualified Social Workers (PQSWs) for services in South Dublin to join a multidisciplinary mental health teams providing high-quality, recovery-focused care across community and inpatient settings.Current VacanciesProfessionally Qualified Social Worker (PQSW)1.0 WTE – Fixed Term (6 Months) – Maternity Leave CoverBased across:Churchtown Primary Care CentreSt Vincent’s University Hospital inpatient mental health unitThis role forms part of the Adult Mental Health Service, supporting individuals experiencing a range of mental health difficulties within both community and acute inpatient settings.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and interventions.Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary mental health teams.Support service users and families through advocacy, care planning and discharge planning.Participate in safeguarding, risk assessment and crisis intervention where required.Liaise with statutory, voluntary and community agencies to ensure integrated care pathways.Maintain accurate records and reports in line with professional and organisational standards.Essential RequirementsApplicants must:Hold a recognised qualification in Social Work.Be registered with CORU or eligible for registration.Have a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience desirable, preferably within mental health services.Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.Be committed to recovery-oriented and person-centred practice.Informal EnquiriesInformal enquiries are welcome please email ruth.barry@peglobal.net
