Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Sales and Marketing professional to lead our revenue growth, boost brand visibility, and build lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will take the lead in driving sales, developing strategic marketing plans, and managing corporate and leisure business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans across rooms, events, and food and beverage.
2. Grow and manage corporate and leisure business.
3. Deliver revenue targets and report on key performance indicators.
4. Manage and work in conjunction with a Digital Marketing Executive to maximise online visibility and social media activity.
5. Lead creative campaigns to elevate the brand's online presence and reputation.
6. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
7. Represent the hotel at trade shows, events, and familiarisation trips.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel or tourism sales with proven results.
* A relevant degree or diploma in Sales or Marketing.
* Digital savvy with a strong grasp of web and social analytics.
* Confident communication skills, natural relationship-building ability, and strategic thinking.
* Ambitious, commercially-minded, and customer-focused approach.
