Recruitment Business Partner Job Opportunity
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activity for transport and logistics roles across the organization. This includes managing full-cycle recruitment from briefing to offer stage, building strong relationships with hiring managers, creating engaging job adverts, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing candidate feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Partnership: Provide expert advice to hiring managers on market trends, recruitment strategies, and best practice.
* Process Improvement & Projects: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience.
* Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: Promote the company's employer brand through social media, recruitment events, and community outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Essential:
o Proven experience in recruitment within logistics, transport, or another high-volume operational environment.
o Strong understanding of transport roles (e.g., HGV drivers, warehouse staff, fleet/transport operations).
o Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at pace.
o Experience in partnering with stakeholders at different levels.
o Strong organizational and project management skills.
o Excellent communication and relationship-building capability.
o Competence in using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
* Desirable:
o Experience leading or contributing to process improvement or transformation projects.
o CIPD qualification or equivalent HR/Talent background.
o Knowledge of transport compliance (e.g., CPC requirements, license checks, working time directive).
