First Class Clean is a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company delivering high-quality cleaning services across schools, offices, clinics, car dealerships, and hospitality venues.
We are now seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our expanding team and help maintain our high standards across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise cleaning staff across multiple client locations to ensure services meet company and client standards.
* Carry out regular quality inspections and report findings to management.
* Train and support new cleaning staff, ensuring they follow safety and operational procedures.
* Monitor and manage cleaning schedules, supplies, and inventory at each site.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and site-specific requirements.
* Liaise with clients to address feedback and implement improvements promptly.
* Step in to cover cleaning duties where required.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience within the cleaning industry.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of cleaning standards, chemicals, and health & safety practices.
* Ability to work flexible hours and travel between sites when required.
* Full clean driving licence preferred.
