My client, a leading Tier 1 construction contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team on a landmark project in Dublin.

Responsibilities: Manage all commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion.
Prepare and monitor budgets, cost reports, and subcontractor accounts.
Negotiate contracts and variations to ensure profitability.
Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
Prepare monthly valuations and progress claims.
Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
Minimum 3 years experience with a main contractor or developer.
Strong commercial awareness and contract administration knowledge.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Salary: €70k €80k + vehicle + pension + benefits.
