Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to manage the programming aspect of projects from procurement to final account stage. This role involves ensuring that projects stay on or ahead of schedule and meet expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans that meet time allocated and project deadlines.
* Provide guidance and assistance to sales and support teams in project planning and coordination.
* Take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects, including liaising with external customers and internal teams.
* Maintain open communication with stakeholders and ensure that all project requirements are met.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction planning and project coordination.
* Experience in the Civil Engineering sector is preferred.
* Familiarity with tender and contract stages of projects.
* Strong understanding of the construction process and project management principles.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
