Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner Role
This is a full-cycle recruitment role part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE). As a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent to support our organizational needs.
* Own the recruitment process and advise on best practice to ensure excellent customer service and compliance.
* Interview candidates while delivering a compelling and consistent message that aligns with our brand and values to create a positive candidate experience.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and execute global talent acquisition strategy, projects and initiatives.
* Create new sourcing strategies leveraging advanced recruiting tools and techniques to identify, attract, screen and recommend candidates.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners on complex compensation and benefits packages.
* Provide hiring teams advice and guidance on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices.
* Participate in global or regional projects focused on improvement of the TA function.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
* 4+ years of work experience required.
* 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations or role-related experience preferred.
* Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and strategies, solid understanding of employment marketplace and recruiting trends.
* Experience working with complex systems and processes, preferably Workday.
* Excellent networker and relationship builder with ability to adapt to various roles and levels of management in a fast-paced organization.
