As a Customer Service Ambassador, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting and looking after our guests to ensure they leave feeling delighted
2. Serving customers with a personalized touch, ensuring their experience is seamless and easy
3. Being knowledgeable about our menu and making recommendations to our guests
4. Representing our brand and maintaining a positive image
5. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
