About the Role:
Care and support are delivered through a person-centred approach to meet practical, physical, and emotional needs of service users with Intellectual Disability/ABI/Autism. The primary objective is to assist individuals with disabilities in residential, training, and day services to achieve their highest level of functioning.
The role involves coordinating on-floor duties while ensuring effective supervision of other staff under direction. Collaborative work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) contributes significantly to successful service delivery.
