Site Engineer - Residential Projects (2-Year Fixed Term Contract)

Are you a driven and detail-focused Site Engineer ready to contribute to a high-impact residential development in Cork?
We're recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a well-established construction team on a 2-year fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of major residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on long-term developments with a structured and supportive team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide setting out support across groundworks, RC frame, foundations, floor slabs, blocklaying, and services
Monitor quality control of subcontractor works to ensure compliance with standards
Assist in supervising groundworks and concrete frame contractors
Maintain accurate site records and quality assurance documentation
Coordinate site drawings and communicate changes effectively
Issue house plot surveys to solicitors as needed
Build strong working relationships with subcontractors to ensure delivery on time and on budget
About You:
Level 8 Engineering qualification (or equivalent)
2-3 years' experience in a similar site engineering role
Experience with reinforced concrete (RC) frames highly desirable
Residential construction or main contractor background preferred
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy
Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to project success
Salary & Benefits:
€50,000 - €65,000 per annum
