Job Description:
Our organisation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Support Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support across the business.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team, including preparation of submissions, input of data and scanning of documents.
* Issue documents and carry out functions as requested by the team.
* Liaise with Credit Control on finance issues as required and prepare daily post for collection.
* Provide updates on post arrears on a weekly basis and adhere to compliance procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
* Effective diary management to ensure customer, compliance and quality purposes are met.
