Job Description:
Our client is a specialist in cleanroom construction, HVAC services, heat recovery, and carbon emission reduction projects, as well as general mechanical and electrical services. They service clients across various industry sectors including Bio Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Electronics, Food & Dairy, and Data Centre/Light Industrial.
Working closely with the Estimating Department and project delivery teams, this role involves project engineering submissions, value engineering, project scheduling, progress reporting, resource deployment, project procurement, materials management, project build review, interaction with co-contractors, and project commercial management, cost control, and cost recovery for contract and variation works. Ensuring client satisfaction is also a key responsibility.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's (Honours) Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of post-qualification work experience in the industrial construction sector.
- Strong commercial management background and awareness.
- Construction and site management experience in the mechanical services or related sector.
- Excellent presentation and IT skills.
- A positive attitude with a passion to succeed.
- Ability to contribute comfortably on the management team.
