Join a dynamic, quality-focused food manufacturing company committed to excellence in food safety, compliance, and innovation. We are currently seeking a QA Officer to support our Quality Assurance team in maintaining high standards across production, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the day-to-day implementation and maintenance of the company’s QMS.
* Carry out internal audits and inspections, reporting findings and supporting corrective actions.
* Support the preparation for and execution of external audits, including DAFM, customer, and third-party visits.
* Monitor and review production practices to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
* Manage documentation and records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
* Help investigate customer complaints and quality issues, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Liaise with production teams to reinforce good manufacturing practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
* Assist with quality training initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

* Competent in the use of IT systems and quality-related software.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* 1–2 years’ experience in a Quality or Technical role, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing.
* Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant food safety standards.
* Experience supporting audits or internal inspections.
Desirable:
* Food Science or related qualification.
* Familiarity with high-risk production environments.
* Level 2 or 3 Food Safety or HACCP certification.
